3 feelings that come to you when you’re buying something: Confidence - “I know that this brand is good. Let’s go with this.” Sense of control - “I’ve done some reading. I know what I need to know.” Feel-good factor - “New purchase! Yay!” Why? Before making purchases, we usually: 1/ Do research to have a general understanding about the industry, and products 2/ Become aware of a particular product 3/ Feel positive about a brand, which makes them tempted to buy Most purchases in the end is not so much about the best features or utility, But the feeling of “This is the best decision I chose”.
