The best leaders recognize their best people. We should always feel valued in our work. When the right people are promoted, it creates a positive culture. Building and lifting others up should be a part of every company’s strategy. When we feel valued, we’re: -Encouraged daily -Inspired to take risks -Feel more appreciated -Motivated to do great work -Contributing to positive culture Showing we appreciate those we work with is so important. As a career coach, most clients I work with left their last company due to toxic culture. We can fix this so easily by praising people in public and supporting others’ growth. Do you agree? 🤔 Here’s to us growing and supporting eachother, Wes ✌🏻 #careercoach #businesscoach #careerfulfillment

As a career coach, I work with clients who are making big changes. Very often they’re changing companies because they don’t feel appreciated or fulfilled. The first thing we do with a client is help them discover and clarify their values. Usually feeling appreciated and fulfilled in their work in a top 3 value. If you’re looking to make a change and need support, don’t hesitate to reach out. 🙏 CC: John Hancock Resumes Escape the Cubicle Newsletter

Sales is like a box of chocolates. Wrong! We should know exactly what we are getting. Together we will make sure that you know where your Sales are coming from in the remainder of this fiscal year.

I always try to tell others how much I appreciate them because we all need this affirmation Wes Pearce And when we give it out we get so much more even if only by positive energy although it usually comes back to us in some way or another.

When companies promote the wrong people, they are actually demoting the Best talented professionals. It's frustrating to see deserving individuals get passed over for promotions that they've worked hard for, while others who may not be as qualified get elevated to higher positions. It's time for organizations to start focusing on promoting based on merit rather than just seniority or popularity, Wes.

This is spot on. I've always said "the best attitude is gratitude". Public praise, identifying contributions in real-time, creating a culture of what we did rather than what we didnt do. These are truly low hanging fruit that any company/leader can do, with universally positive results.

It’s inspiring to see leaders who prioritize building a supportive culture where everyone feels encouraged to grow. It’s such a simple yet powerful way to prevent turnover and boost morale.

A culture of appreciation and support encourages collaboration, innovation, and mutual respect among team members. When employees feel valued, they are more likely to be engaged, committed, and motivated to excel in their work.
