Coincidence or fate? Each time I clean a dryer, I find a few forgotten coins. It's a small, amusing reward for a task well done. In my profession, I cherish the moments when a customer's relief reflects years of honed skill and dedication. The pursuit of excellence continues, along with my goal to share knowledge through a future learning institution. #CommercialRefrigeration #ContinuousLearning

I made a mistake which taught me a big lesson in 2021. I erroneously posted funds to a wrong account. To my knowledge, I thought I had mastered the system and I knew it back to back. Little did I know that on a random day, things can go hey waya. I found a solution immediately, engaged the parties involved to resolve the issue. I was able to move forward by forgiving myself. I stopped beating myself for making mistakes because it's through them that I learn a lot. I am encouraging you to be soft on yourself when you make a mistake, learn from it, discuss with your manager how to go about it and then bounce back from it and do your job. We have all made mistakes at work, you are not alone.
