Corporate Women vs Corporate Men taking 6 steps to supercharge their careers in 75 days. What are the differences between the two? I see two: (1) A 30+ man who is trying to advance in a corporate setting can never lose his temper. No one wants to see a grown man yell like that. Maybe in 1995 it was cool and tough. In 2024, he will get side eyed for the next month. (2) Managing their professional social media language to ensure that they are not consistently making hollow declarations about what they are going to do. With women, the challenge is often getting them to be visible on social media. With men, it is shaping that visibility into something compelling vs. just bravado. Thoughts? What would you add?
