So now you know a little more about me--and hopefully have some takeaways about how to turn national branding into money for your franchisees! Give a repetitious and consistent print or digital marketing campaign time to mature. Also remember that everything matters and comes full circle: Target your message to a very specific audience, and make sure your message is a true representation of your brand (and that you have an authentic franchise sales process, too!). Then when future franchisees come on board, they are in alignment with the brand vision and mission they originally saw in your marketing, which leads to franchisee satisfaction and better validation. Better satisfaction and validation means more franchisee growth, higher AUVs, and, in the end, increased brand awareness. Franchising isn't an exact science or a straightforward path to fame and fortune. It's a lot of hard work, and you have to keep your focus on the big picture as well as the day-to-day challenges.
