Read a recent article published in Harvard Business Review which examines global antitrust rules in relation to industry collaborations to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon/net-zero economy. The article – co-authored by Weil Antitrust lawyers Chris Chapman, Christopher Thomas and Robert Eyres and members of Business Schools for Climate Leadership Peter Tufano, Knut Haanaes and Matteo Gasparini – outlines why collaborations of this nature require careful consideration and greater transparency to build trust among policymakers and the public.    Launched at COP26, Business Schools for Climate Leadership is a partnership between eight of Europe’s leading business schools to help present and future leaders to develop the skills and knowledge to combat climate change.
