Here's my caveat for June -- be wary of companies that use the pride flag for the logo this month and don't post about anything to do with the community the other 11 months of the year. Ask them to showcase their allyship -- how do they incorporate DEI policies into their operations? What are their DEI hiring practices? What's the representation within their leadership? Same with organizations that call themselves feminist -- ask them to show you how they're feminist -- in their policies, in their management, in their work -- putting woman in front of something doesn't make it feminist.
