This was led by Mosaic General Partnership along with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Amwins Ventures, and others. Patrick Girouard, Brianna Chia, and Dane Brockett 👏Martello Re, a Bermuda-based life and annuity reinsurer has raised $1.3 billion after successfully closing their second round of equity funding of $935 million and increasing their current credit facility by $360 million. Dennis Ho, Michael Baumstein, John Westgate, Justin Mosbo, Virginia Milano Perinelli 👏Safe-Guard Products International, a provider of third-party private label finance and insurance protection products for the automotive industry has announced an investment from Hellman & Friedman.
