Additional investors include Plural and industry leaders from Allianz, AXA, and Bastian. Tom Blomfield, Abdul Afridi , Taavet Hinrikus Matt Robinson 👏 Health insurance company Sidecar Health led led by Patrick Quigley, Veronica Osetinsky & Rodney Barlow, has closed $165 million in Series D financing. The round, which represents the largest private investment in employer health benefits this year, was led by Koch Disruptive Technologies. They were joined by new and existing investors, including GreatPoint Ventures, BOND, Cathay Innovation, Drive Capital, Menlo Ventures, and Morpheus Ventures. 👏 African Risk Capacity (ARC) Group led by Lindelwe Lesley Ndlovu, has announced it has received a $27 million contribution from the Dutch Government to help boost climate resilience in Africa and further promote parametric insurance across the continent,  the funding will be channelled through the African Development Bank’s Africa Disaster Risk Financing Programme (ADRiFi) Multi-Donor Trust Fund. 👏 findspo, led by César López Caparros receives backing from QBE Insurance’s AccliCITY Leading Cities accelerator program
