Solution Selling Abilities: Can the candidate demonstrate a track record of proposing and selling tech based solutions? 2. Industry Knowledge: Do they understand the current trends and challenges facing the tech industry? 3. Relationship Building: Are they capable of creating and maintaining relationships with clients and team members? And this approach, so far has proven to be effective for me.
