We are honored to interview Emily Wahab, who basically inspired us how to master leadership during turbulent times, breaking barriers for women and help them achieve independence and success in their personal lives. To succeed in life, you need to have the combination of hard work and you need to have the talent and you need to have the strong building strategic relationship within work. If you want to achieve something. Observing and learning from the best is key, and today's session was a prime example for that. Hearing Emily's leadership style at Loreal was truly inspiring. The most powerful leadership tool you can have is your own personal example. Leading by example and being people oriented are definitely the strong pillars to have a very good organization. Actually being in such empowering and motivating environment such as Group M would put every leader on the right track to success. As we say, in times of crisis, it's the culture who breaks it or makes it. It was a very inspirational and eye opening session about navigating the challenges during economic crisis and hardships, especially with limited resources. And it was also very interesting to learn more about Emily's carrier, which I look up to as a woman. It was an inspiring session where we got to know better about Emily's approach and leading throughout the challenges that we are facing in the MENA region. Also, I was really impressed by the way she was giving real life examples and addressing the questions. For me, I was always empowered by man from my father, my husband who is a big supporter for woman and my boss. It's very important to have support in your growth, whether it's from your partner, from your boss, from your team. It's important to have the support and your progression for growth in your career. For me, I totally agree with Emily that being attempting and transparent at key for leading and succeeding especially. During challenging times. Next Era Growth Sessions is a great initiative in my opinion, because actually we're learning more about the people behind the business titles, not only that, and we're giving an opportunity for our teams, for our employees to learn about different point of views from different professionals from different industries in our region. Thank you so much to Group M Ahmed, Hannah Felicity for making it happen. Actually, it was a great opportunity to cascade Loreals culture to our partners and to share some business practices to overcome the challenges that we passed through in Lebanon.
