Four years into their EO journey, they've seen significant improvements in recruitment, retention, and overall business performance. We spoke with Summer Rozenbroek, Head of Operations and Partner, who said: "EO helps us attract and keep great talent because people see that their efforts lead to a more equitable benefit, making them more invested" * Quiet Storm became employee-owned in 2020.
