Eric Wong is named President East West Records & Head of Global A&R, Recorded Music, and Jessica Keeley-Carter has been upped to WMG's Chief Marketing Officer, Recorded Music. In his new post, Wong will lead East West Records, a storied name in WMG's history, which now serves as a connector across our company's global ecosystem — identifying local talents with global potential and accelerating their pathway to global success. Wong will also help sign and develop artists, while working across the company’s roster of stars to foster collaborations and creative opportunities that build careers. As CMO, Keeley-Carter will power the continued evolution of WMG’s global, regional, and local marketing services for recording talent — helping deliver collaborative worldwide strategies which amplify local activations and drive lasting fandom. Long-standing WMG leader Gregg Nadel has been appointed Co-Chair/Co-President of Warner Music Nashville, working alongside Cris Lacy who marks her 20th anniversary with the company next year. Nadel succeeds Ben Kline, who has decided to step down after a decade with the label. Most recently President of Elektra Entertainment, over the course of nearly three decades, Nadel has signed, developed, and championed artists including Zac Brown Band, Brandi Carlile, The Highwomen, Sturgill Simpson, Bailey Zimmerman, and Brittney Spencer among others. Oscar Scivier joins Warner Music Asia as Senior Director of A&R. As an A&R executive, producer, and artist manager, over the past 15 years Oscar has worked with a roster of stars including Deadmau5, Madison Beer, DJ Regard, Rita Ora, Zayn, and Kygo. In his new role, based in Hong Kong, he will work with regional teams to develop A&R strategies and support local teams on artist development.
