🎙️ Excited and Grateful! 🚀 A fantastic company to work for lastminute.com 😍 Thrilled to have had the incredible opportunity to speak at the recent KMWorld Conference on behalf of lastminute.com! 🌐✨ A huge thanks to our awesome #KnowledgeandDesign team! Your hard work and dedication are the key to our success. I'm truly grateful for the foundation you've built and for entrusting me with this opportunity. 🙏 It was truly an honor to share insights and experiences with many KM professionals from all over the world! 🌎 The #KMWorld Conference was a powerhouse of knowledge! 🧠💡 I gained invaluable insights into the latest trends and strategies in #knowledgemanagement. From AI-powered solutions to collaborative strategies and tools, the possibilities are endless. My Key Takeaways: 1. Embrace AI but with a plan: AI can help but can't replace humans. AI + KM is a great combination, but we need to prepare the content and start with a small topic. Don't give all your knowledge to AI; it could lead to wrong answers. 2. Collaboration is Key: Explored effective collaboration strategies can elevate teamwork and productivity – a game-changer for our dynamic team. 3. Continuous Learning: The fast-paced nature of our industry requires a commitment to lifelong learning and long term roadmaps. Every session reinforced the importance of staying agile and adapting to change. 4. Making Knowledge the Source of Growth: In conclusion, by embracing knowledge as organizational capital, businesses can transform the way they operate, making knowledge not just a "byproduct" but a fundamental source of growth and competitive advantage. A massive thanks to KMS Lighthouse our partner, for providing the greatest technology support during our journey! 🌐✨ Looking forward to applying these takeaways to drive success at lastminute.com. Here's to continuous growth and collaboration! 🚀🌟 #KMWorldConference #KMWorld #KMWorldspeaker #Communityofpractice #KnowledgeManagement #ContinuousLearning #InnovationInTheMaking

🇺🇸 Introducing #Pinkpedia to the world in Washington DC. Sir Francis Bacon coined the phrase, “Knowledge is power” back in the C16th, and in this digital day and age, it still resonates loudly. This is why our Pink representatives, Elizabeth Chaloner and Walter Di Lello, crossed the pond to share their cutting-edge experience of Knowledge Management at the #KMWorld2023 conference in the American capital. Our first-time speakers presented our new Customer Care Knowledge Management system ‘Pinkpedia’, how its implementation was supported through the use of internal communities and focus groups, and shared tips and strategies for driving engagement. Walter revealed it had been “a really exciting week”. “We enjoyed sharing the tips we learnt along our journey and answering questions from the audience. We took away excellent learnings from the other speakers and gained valuable insights about the intersection between #AI and #KnowledgeManagement.” Elizabeth added: “Representing lastminute.com at the conference has been a motivating experience for us. We also saw the White House, the Washington Memorial and the Capitol Building. We didn’t quite get to see the president, but we did see his car! Thanks to lastminute.com for supporting our journey, and allowing us to work on projects at the front line of the industry.
