Experiment Title: Beer Bottle: Unveiling Secret Messages Using Cotton Juice and Gum, and Shape Formation with Coconut Water Objective: The objective of this experiment is to investigate the properties of cotton juice and gum as invisible inks and to explore the phenomenon of shape formation using coconut water. Additionally, the experiment aims to demonstrate the concept of pressure distribution through a water-filled balloon. Materials: 1. Beer Bottle 2. Paper 3. Cotton 4. Lemon juice 5. Chewing gum 6. Coconut 7. Ruler 8. Balloon 9. Water 10. Needle or sharp object for piercing the balloon Procedure: 1. Prepare the cotton juice solution by extracting juice from fresh cotton or using lemon juice. 2. Similarly, chew a piece of gum until it becomes soft and pliable. 3. Write words or draw symbols on the paper using both the cotton juice solution and gum. Ensure the writing is clear but not visible under normal lighting conditions. 4. Allow the cotton juice and gum to dry completely on the paper. 5. Grinding the glass on a beer bottle . 6. Hold the paper for a few seconds and observe any changes in the written areas. The application of heat should reveal the hidden messages. 7. Meanwhile, cut a coconut and collect its water in a container. 8. Pour the coconut water onto a flat surface and observe the shape formation. 9. Inflate a balloon with water until it is nearly full. 10. Carefully pierce the balloon with a needle or sharp object and observe the water's behavior. Results: - The application of grinding a glass on a beer bottle a few times will cause a chemical reaction with the cotton juice and gum, revealing the hidden messages on the paper. - Coconut water, when poured onto a flat surface, may form various shapes depending on factors like surface tension and gravity. - Piercing the water-filled balloon demonstrates the distribution of pressure.
