Independent Enterprise Architecture Consultant – Co-Creation of Strategy, Offerings & Design at EVOLVEWITHEA.COM
British legacy carried forward by an unaccountable and irresponsible Milords, who care only about their perks & privileges, while opting not to share details about their assets in a transparent manner. Are Milords above Indian Constitution, who deserve special treatment? The visit of Milords to foreign countries on any pretext needs to be thoroughly investigated, as their special treatment for VIP crooks is definitely casting shadow over their credibility. Even a Special Darshan in temples, one has to pay extra amount. Constitution has not defined any mechanism to allow anyone to pay extra amount to get Special Darshan of Milords. How is that clients of Senior Lawyers like Sibal & Singhvi get Special Darshan of Milords even at Midnight and Special treatment at the time of verdicts, Kejri, Pappu, Lalu, Teesta etc? How can ordinary citizens get even a normal Darshan of Milords of SC?

When I think of Ratan Tata, it’s not just his visionary leadership or his extraordinary achievements that come to mind. It’s something much quieter, yet far more profound—his quiet dignity and the small acts of kindness that made him truly great. After joining mjunction, a Tata Group company, in December 2016, I began to hear stories from colleagues about how Ratan Tata would take the time to reply to letters from employees, children, and anyone who reached out. He didn’t have to do this, but he always did. It wasn’t for recognition or applause, but because he genuinely cared about every single person touched by his work. What stood out most about Ratan Tata was his humility. Despite his incredible achievements, he never sought the limelight or the applause. Instead, he quietly let his actions do the talking. It was this grace and quiet strength that truly revealed his greatness. He showed us that success isn’t measured by recognition, but by the meaningful impact you leave on the lives you touch. That’s rare in today’s world, and it’s something I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life—both in work and in the way I treat others. Ratan Tata may no longer be with us, but the way he made us all feel—like we were part of something bigger, something good—will never leave us. His quiet strength and compassion will continue to guide us for years to come. Rest in peace, sir. Your silent yet powerful example will always speak to us. #RatanTata #TataGroup #QuietLeadership #Legacy #ForeverInspiredByRatanTata #HumilityInLeadership

12 Years!!! Nearly 1/3rd of my age, and 2/3rd of my career, but somehow it has passed so quickly just like that. It’s been a very long journey. I've celebrated and enjoyed every minute of it. Tresor has made me quite historical and it’s impossible not to consider and look back. I’ve been in Sales for 10+years. I’ve spoken to thousands of people and acquired many customers. I’m confident enough to say I know what I’m doing today. But 12 years ago, I was very young and thought I knew everything, but I didn’t, and I still don’t, I’m still learning despite being in the industry for so long, but the last 12 years with Tresor has really been the making of a better sales person. I've been fortunate working with the right company and most importantly the right people. Yes. I thank each and every Tresorian from the bottom of my heart for being with me throughout this journey. Finding the right fit is something that everyone would be looking to achieve in their career. I’m lucky to find that with Tresor, and help to find that for everyone I work with (peers, colleagues or customers). Of course, not every employee is going to commit to a 10-year or 20-year stint, but it’s what I strive for. I want my colleagues to have a similar experience to what I’ve found and experiencing it. I always love working for Tresor. Some may think that I'm flattering, but it’s true. I’m not after a position or fancy job titles. There’s been ups and downs over the last 10 years, of course, but I’m still here and there’s a reason for that. I believe in the company and most importantly I believe my boss. If I can replicate my own employment experience for my peers and colleagues then I know that I’m doing my job right. There’s a few lessons I’ve learned along the way; don’t take yourself too seriously, treat others as you wish to be treated, always look at the long-term win, listen and consider everything as an opportunity, value your product/service and respect your peers, colleagues and most importantly customers. Tresor has fostered all of the traits above and that’s why I’m still going strong after 12 years. There is not many Sales people who reach even 10-year mark with one company, it's very few or rare to find someone today (isn't it pride). I’ve got a lot to thank my family, my parents, especially my spouse for being patient, supporting and accepting my journey for all these years. Hope I'll pay off her belief and patience eventually in the coming years. Last but not the least, My CEO, Mr shaurya seth is the best boss, friend, brother, mentor I’ve ever had and I’d like to use this opportunity to thank him for having faith in me and grateful for your guidance over the last 12 years professionally and 34 years personally. It’s been a wonderful journey with a lot of challenges, commitment, new learnings like leadership skills, interpersonal skills and positive attitude. Thank you. Let's begin the next 10! Think positive and be positive. Let us grow together
