The New York Times published an article featuring member companies of Tech Force in UA. These companies, including Vyriy Drone, Roboneers, PG Robotics, and Skyeton, make significant contributions to the development of drones and robotic systems. The article highlights the innovative developments by Ukrainian companies creating drones and robotic systems for military purposes, using modern artificial intelligence and automation technologies. In particular, the article showcases the work of the Ukrainian company Vyriy Drone, which specializes in developing drones capable of autonomously tracking targets and performing combat tasks. Vyriy's 25-year-old CEO, Oleksii Babenko, demonstrated the efficiency of their quadcopter, guided by software, which reduces the need for human intervention. In the case of Roboneers, the article demonstrates how battlefield demands pull together engineers and soldiers. Oleksandr Yabchanka, a commander in Da Vinci Wolves, recalls how the need to defend the "road of life" between Bakhmut and Chasiv Yar spurred the invention of a a computerized, remote-controlled machine gun by Roboneers. “We could sit in the trench drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes and shoot at the Russians,” he said. His input later helped Roboneers develop a new type of weapon — a machine gun turret on a mobile ground drone, increasing the need for A.I.-powered auto-aim, as noted by the chief executive of Roboneers Anton Skrypnyk.
