Uluṟu's gorgeous outdoor fine-dining experience, Tali Wiṟu, is a finalist in the "Tourism Restaurant" and "Premium Dining" categories in this year's Restaurant & Catering Australia Awards for Excellence. The award involved a mystery visit from one of the judges, so we've no doubt it was dishes like Wattle Seed Rolled Dorper Lamb Loin with Pepper Berry Aioli and Wilted Arugula, and Victorian Chestnut and Celeriac Velouté with Truffle Pearls and Enoki Tops, perfect Penfolds wine pairings, and the breathtaking views out to Uluṟu and Kata Tjuṯa that sealed our place in the final....
