Managing stakeholders requires continuous investment in understanding other individuals priorities, personality profiles and what makes them tick ✅ It needs continual review of what stakeholders you need to strenghthen relationships with and explore their perspective. It was great for our Renault Group Graduate cohort to spend time with Ed Cornfield to hone in on this craft today. A truly transformative week of deep connections with my cohort both personally and professionally. As we wrapped up the last development week of the Global Graduate Program, the focus was intensely on leading others—not just managing them. Key insights from this week included: Leading vs. Managing: We learned the power of leading by inspiring a sense of ownership and autonomy in our teams. This approach doesn't just manage tasks; it ignites creativity and deepens commitment to our projects, setting the stage for groundbreaking innovations. Promote Deeper Understanding: By adopting a mindset of inquiry, we're equipped to guide our teams through complex problem-solving, uncovering root causes and forging robust solutions. This cultivates a profound level of insight and personal growth among team members. Feedback and Communication Styles: The program taught us the art of tailoring feedback to diverse communication styles, enhancing our ability to foster constructive growth and mutual understanding. This skill is critical in our journey to becoming adept leaders who listen, adapt, and thrive. With these new skills, we're better equipped to lead thoughtfully and effectively as future leaders!

Venturing into the immersive 18-month MBA program at Nexford University, I quickly realized that the pathway to success demands more than just ambition—it requires sacrifice and unwavering commitment. Driven by my determination to not only excel but to surpass expectations, I embraced a lifestyle of relentless dedication, embracing sleepless nights, and forsaking comfort to fuel my aspirations. This journey was an arduous test of my limits, but today, I stand atop the pinnacle of achievement. Surpassing my expectations, I emerged as the top graduate in my class at Nexford University in an astonishing 7 months. This triumph isn't solely mine; it's a testament to unyielding diligence, resilience, and the guiding hand of God. In celebrating this remarkable milestone, I'm reminded that success isn't solely born from dreams; it's the product of tenacity and the willingness to sacrifice. Bridgestone Americas BSRO. How is it that you know how the automotive repair industry can be driven by retail standards?? How is it that you know that from one year to the next, you expect to surpass the numbers the next year?? Have anyone of you really been immersed in this industry?? Your degrees you've attained in college, do they really teach you how each industry functions or is it general??? I'd love to impart wisdom to your college education!!! But here lies in the problem, my experience is not worth dirt to what you have been taught by general secularists that are paid to teach you generalities. So herein lies my challenge, come spend three weeks, no a month is a shop and experience the reality of real life. I would gamble that you could not stand to be in the shop at our level!!!

If I wanted to go back to university, I could do that while working for Mercedes-Benz. However, to be completely honest, it would be quite a challenge to fit that into my calendar. 😉 Our participants in the Mercedes-Benz Academic Programs did make it work – working for our company while studying. I recently had the pleasure of attending the Mercedes-Benz Academic Program Certificate Ceremony for our latest 60 graduates. It was an inspiring event. They come from different departments - and all have different backgrounds. What they have in common is a dedication to continuous learning and development - for themselves and for Mercedes-Benz, as the study portfolio is aligned with our corporate strategy. Congratulations and thanks again! Well done! 🏆 👏 Since the launch of “Mercedes-Benz Academic Programs” in 2011, nearly 400 alumni have enhanced their careers through the program by earning a bachelor’s or master’s degrees, as well as accredited academic certificates. In addition, more than 210 dedicated colleagues are currently studying within our program. Starting the second quarter of this year 2024, at JCI Durango we have very important challenges, with historic growth not only for this plant but for the Stiva Plant in Monterrey as well. The challenges that we must meet, among many others, are: hiring personnel, training them, including them in the Johnson culture, a culture of safety and continuous improvement, transforming not only the buildings and their structure, but also the teams that make it possible for the Plant be sustainable. Teamwork is key to this transformation, breaking paradigms becomes a difficult task that is encountered on a daily basis. I’m sure that once we have crossed the ramp up of this enormous project, our tasks and objectives will transform again and our efforts will continue to multiply. My advice to other companies and teams that are going through the same challenges, be resilient, learn and develop, these are the moments where it is shown what we are made of, and it is what opens doors for better future opportunities. #TeamDurango
