Energy for Change In the midst of all the considerations that are needed for change programmes one area that needs ongoing attention is maintaining and feeding energy for the work. Look after your sources of energy and pay attention to whether that is rooted in intellectual, physical, social, spiritual or psychological. When you lay the foundations within you this supports you to prompt and help others to look after theirs.
Delivering a programme of change requires sustained energy levels. First ask where do you source your energy from? Secondly where does your team source theirs? This will be different for each person - how can you as a leader support people’s needs? For more visit: https://lnkd.in/eKasHMNc #Changeguide
