Hello everyone. Let's talk about LGBTQ Plus inclusion at work, please. A lot of times the HR folks and leaders asked me the question, Hey, we do not have any LGBTQ employees in our workplace. So do we even have to train employees on what is LGBTQ or should we even start talking about LGBTQ? Statistics various different statistics globally and at India states that 10% of your organization. Could already be part of the LGBTQ community. Someone who is a transgender may be visibly known, but how can you tell if a person is lesbian, gay, or bisexual? You cannot. They still belong to the community. So probably they have not come out of the closet. They're not comfortable sharing it with everyone. So essential. Very much so. If you have thousand employees, probably hundred. A part of it, the community, the LGBTQ community. So why not go about centralizing the entire crowd on how to be inclusive? Right. So when we say about LGBTQ inclusion, we are specifically talking about having more inclusive languages, the importance of using pronouns, having your e-mail signatures with your pronouns so others do know which pronoun to use, whether to call you as Mr. Miss or mix. Or they them, ** *** they will know how to address. Please do sensitize your employees on the importance of pronouns and usage in e-mail signatures in your LinkedIn profile. It is definitely.
