Today marks a special day for me as I celebrate my work anniversary. It's been a year since I joined this company and I can't believe how fast time has flown by. When I first started, I was filled with excitement and nervousness, unsure of what to expect. But as I reflect on the past year, I am filled with pride and gratitude for all the experiences and growth I have gained. Looking back, I am reminded of the challenges I faced in my early days at this company. From learning new processes and systems to adapting to a new work culture, it was definitely a steep learning curve. But with the support of my colleagues and mentors, I was able to overcome these challenges and become a valuable member of the team. As I progressed in my role, I took on new responsibilities and projects, constantly pushing myself out of my comfort zone. It wasn't always easy, but I am thankful for the opportunities that have helped me develop new skills and expand my knowledge. I have also formed meaningful relationships with my colleagues, who have not only been great teammates but also friends. One of the things I appreciate most about this company is the emphasis on personal and professional growth. From training and development programs to mentorship opportunities, I have been able to continuously improve and advance in my career. I am grateful to work for a company that invests in its employees and values their contributions. As I celebrate this milestone, I am filled with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. I am grateful for the opportunities, experiences, and relationships that this company has provided me with. I am excited to see what the future holds and I am committed to continuing to contribute to the success of this company. Cheers to a year and many more to come! #ociustechnologies #workanniversary #workanniversarycelebration #MilestoneAchieved #celebratingsuccess #corporatelifestyle #work #success #anniversary #employeeappreciation #employeesatisfaction #businessdevelopement #MilestoneCelebration #TeamSuccess #Dedication #ProfessionalJourney #CareerMilestone #TeamPlayer #OnlinePresence #Congratulations #WorkplaceSuccess #AnniversaryCelebration #AchievementUnlocked #EmployeeAppreciation #TeamworkTriumphs

Happy 6-month work anniversary to me! 🎉 ‘𝘎𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘴 𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦, 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘺, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘴𝘰 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯’ 6 months ago today, I made the jump to Birds Eye and what a whirlwind it’s been! Ive been immersing myself into an FMCG business, whether that be factory visits, store visits or site visits! 🏭 2. Having career mentoring sessions monthly. I have never had a mentor in any job (as it’s never been offered to me) and I’ve been missing out that’s for sure! 🥳 3. Attending lots of amazing events such as the BFFF Awards Dinner and Barcode Festival 😎 4. Creating meaningful relationships has been a highlight for me. Building strong connections with colleagues and external partners has been incredibly rewarding🫂 5. SO MUCH FOOD! 😍 Here's to more challenges, more growth, and more achievements in the next six months and beyond! 🚀 It seems outgrowing my last job was the best thing that could have happened to me 🤩 #personalassistant #executiveassistant #PA #EA #6monthanniversary #workanniversary #6monthprobation #herestothefuture #careerdevelopment

Congratulations Raika Aban Sengupta on your second work anniversary! 🤩 In her own words, she says, “Working at The Outlier has opened me up to so many opportunities that I never thought possible! From working with some really cool brands, to travelling across the country for various events - looking back I’m amazed on how much I’ve been able to do. I’m proud of everything I’ve been able to accomplish, and so happy to have an environment where I can learn at every opportunity. It definitely helps to have a space filled with incredibly supportive team members, who are ready to hype you up at any time.” As she takes a moment to reflect on her journey, she shares her thoughts with us – “Honestly, I can’t even believe it’s been two years! Some days it still feels like my first week - in that I’m often faced with something new and exciting, and I can’t wait to learn how to tackle it! I’ve carved out a specialization in the lifestyle sector and been able to form great relationships with individuals in the industry and media. I’ve also spent time honing my skills in team management and business development. It’s been great to find a space where I love to work in, and build a base for myself there. But my favourite part about my role, is the fact that I’m in charge of ordering snacks every month.” When asked about her favourite memory so far – she says, “Not sure if I should be mentioning this, but the time we had a mini popcorn explosion in the kitchen.” She adds, “One key learning I’ve had here is I can always ask for help. And every person on my team will be able to support me, in whatever way they can.” And the two things I’m looking forward to in the next 12 months are, “all the exciting work we have lined up! And, of course, Offsite 3.0.” #anniversary #congratulations #workiversary #team #bonding #opportunity #memories #publicrelations #agency #employeesatisfaction #bangalore #celebration #organization #workplace #learning

As I am approaching what would have been my 10-year work anniversary with my former employer in the next couple of days, it's a poignant moment to reflect on the significant chapter of my career that I shared with the company. While circumstances may have led me on a different path since then, the memories, experiences, and lessons learned during my tenure hold a special place in my professional journey. 😇 Thinking back on my time with my former employer, I recall a multitude of memories and milestones that defined my career during those past years. From my very first day on the job to pivotal projects, team successes, and personal achievements, each moment contributed to my growth and development personally and professionally. Not forgetting the highs and lows, the challenges overcome, and the camaraderie shared with colleagues who became friends. I'd like to believe that my contributions to the company over the span of almost a decade undoubtedly left a lasting impact on the organization and those I've worked with. Whether it was through innovative ideas, stella performance, or mentorship of others, my presence was felt within the workplace. My dedication and commitment to my role helped, one way or the other, drive the company forward and contribute to its success. As I approach what would have been my 10-year work anniversary with my former employer, I take this opportunity to look ahead with optimism and gratitude for the experiences that have shaped me. While my journey may have taken a new direction, the foundation laid during my time with the company continues to influence my professional growth and aspirations. I will embrace the lessons learned, the connections made, and the memories cherished as I embark on the next phase of my career 🙏. Though the milestone of a 10-year work anniversary with my former employer may now be a bittersweet reminder of the past, it serves as a testament to my DEDICATION, RESILIENCE, and CONTRIBUTION in the professional realm. Here's to honoring🎖 the journey that brought me to where I am today and to embracing the future with enthusiasm and open arms. 🌟 💐

Honouring 18 Years of Professional Excellence 🌟 Today, I’m celebrating my 18th Year's work anniversary… 18 years feels like yesterday, but so many years have flown by in the blink of an eye. Life keeps rushing forward, day after day, and we hardly even realise it. I have countless people to thank for keeping me grounded throughout these amazing years! To each and every person who has been part of this journey, a heartfelt thank you! Here are a few takeaways from my experience so far… 1.Continuous #learning is great, but don't forget to unlearn and welcome new ways of thinking. 2. Empathy matters. Warm hearts lead to greater outcomes and lasting results. 3. My way is not the only way. Even today, there are moments when I wish this were true! New ideas and solutions come from surprising people and places. 4. Keep #networking for valuable connections and opportunities. 5. Energy and attitudes are transmissible. In fact, it's scientifically proven when two frequencies come together, the lower one rises to meet the higher. 6.When something starts to bother you, ask yourself “why”. Often this feeling is more about you than it is about the situation. 7. It is always okay to ask for help and advice, it only makes you stronger. 8.Prioritise health and family In sharing my thoughts, I hope to inspire you to do the same for the milestones and transitions in your life. 🙌 Let’s grow together! #thoughtleadership #humanresource #career #socialnetworking #hrcommunity #workanniversary #hr

Today is my 30th work anniversary. I'm taking a little time every month this year to think about what I've learned from 30 years with Northrop Grumman (or a legacy company or two). This month's lesson: Never be afraid to take a chance on good people. I had a terrible GPA when I graduated college (2.4). A manager took a chance on me because she knew my dad and figured if I had some of his work ethic, I was a good bet. She was right, I was a good bet. I've had a successful 30 years with the company. I also had an opportunity to hire someone who had a terrible GPA… it was the same score as mine exactly, and somehow his resume slipped past the HR screener… at the time we weren't supposed to consider people with a GPA lower than 3.5. I interviewed him and he had all the attributes I was looking for. Innovative, kind, humble, and eager to work. I hired him, even though I had to do a lot of writing and talking to get HR to agree, but we got him, and he was a rock star. It was a risk to hire him, I was staking my reputation on what I picked up in an interview, but someone took that risk for me, so I felt it was my turn to pay it back. He didn't know it, but he had no choice but to succeed. I wasn't going to let him fail. In the end he didn't need my help. I feel like that manager who hired me felt the same way. She wasn't going to let me fail either, and it turned out she didn't have to intervene. GPAs and accolades are great, they indicate a level of commitment and hard work, but many of us were not so lucky to be able to focus entirely on school. For some of us, getting the degree at all was a major accomplishment given where we came from and what we had to overcome. If you have the chance to hire a good person with the right attitude that may not cross off all the skill checks or GPA checks, go for it. You never know, how many times it will get paid forward, and I promise you won't regret it.
