Once my team has lost possession it is necessary to organise defensively. This involves a fast and effective transition from attack to defence, so we can reach a desirable defensive positioning. A well organised zone defence allows us to form a compact and permanent block between the ball and our goal. Each player in a game is assigned to a zone or area, which he is defensively reponsible for when an attacking player enters it, whether on or off the ball, in order to neutralise this opponent's attacking actions for as long he stays in this area. @pietrolisai.
