We recently changed our mission statement at Bubty… Why the change? At Bubty, we believe in continuous improvement - not just in how we operate, but also in how we articulate our purpose. That’s why we’ve updated our mission statement from "Accelerating the world's transition of flexible work" to "Make Hiring Better." Make Hiring Better for One Million Companies 🌍 Enabling the future of work by delivering top-notch technology. This mission statement was carefully chosen based on three core pillars that explain what Bubty stands for: 🔸 Make: Is a verb that stands for action, doing without fear and with complete confidence. Believing that making decisions, whether right or wrong, will always take you further than not making a decision by spending too much time planning and researching the outcomes of the decisions.
