Thank you to the students at LAB University of Applied Sciences —it was fantastic to engage with you all! I hope I was able to spark some inspiration 💡 Today’s topic was leadership and management. I’ve been lucky to work with visionary leaders throughout my career, and they’ve taught me invaluable lessons. The best leaders are exceptional communicators—they deliver messages with clarity and inspire action. They know how to influence, build trust, and rally others around a shared vision. The good news? These skills can be learned and strengthened with consistent practice. Let’s keep building these skills to lead and inspire those around us! #visitinglecturer
A very interesting visiting lecture by Mari Ahokainen from Danfoss Editron. It is always rewarding to get a professional to talk to the students 👍 Thank you Mari! #visitinglecture #managementandleadership #danfosseditron

To the optimist, the glass is half full. To the pessimist, it's half empty. But to an engineer, the glass is simply twice as large as it needs to be. Engineers stand apart with their unique blend of logical interpretation and practical problem solving. At Vesuvius, we are committed to empower our engineers to turn dreams into reality. By fostering innovation and encouraging creative problem-solving, we enable them to shape a brighter, more sustainable future. On Engineer’s Day, we celebrate the brilliant minds who drive progress and innovation, making a real impact every day! #engineersday #vesuvius #thinkBeyondShapetheFuture

🔧 Friday Feels in the Engineering Lab! 🛠️ It’s Friday, and while the world winds down for the weekend, here at Heimdalytics, we’re still busy making circuits behave and tools obey! 😄 Who knew that organizing wires could be so meditative? 🧘♂️ And don’t even get us started on our relationship with the "emergency stop button"—it’s like the "snooze" of the engineering world. 🚨⏰ But in all seriousness, whether it’s day one or day five of the workweek, the pursuit of innovation never stops. Our mission to drive battery recycling and sustainable tech forward continues with the same passion and precision—just with a bit more coffee by Friday! ☕🔋 Wishing everyone a productive end to the week. Now, back to taming those server racks! 💪 #Heimdalytics #EngineeringLife #FridayVibes #TechInnovation #BatteryRecycling #EndOfTheWeekButNotTheMission

What makes Kestra amazing is our incredible engineering team! 😍 In our latest engineering story, Florian Hussonnois shared the backstage of the creation of our new Liveness and Heartbeat mechanism and the remarkable benefits it brings to our platform. 💓 💓 💓 Kestra's servers use a heartbeat mechanism to signal their liveness, ensuring timely detection of any issues and seamless continuity in workflow executions. This innovation enhances the reliability of your operations by quickly identifying and responding to server failures, so tasks consistently run to completion without interruption. The heartbeat mechanism also addresses complex failure scenarios and prevents duplicate task executions, ensuring your critical business processes run smoothly. With Kestra, you gain a robust, efficient, and reliable orchestration platform that keeps your workflows uninterrupted and your operations more reliable than ever. 💓 💓 Dive into the backstage of Kestra: https://lnkd.in/ekt5X8ms

🌍🐝 Celebrating International Bee Day! 🐝🌍 What do bees and MTC have in common? The honeycomb, of course! The hexagon shape is not just a marvel of nature but a symbol of efficiency, collaboration, and ingenuity. Bees are nature's engineers: Gathering Materials: Just as bees collect nectar, we gather data. Sending Information: Like bees communicate with their hive, we share insights and innovations. Collaborating: Our team works together, much like a hive mind, turning ideas into reality. Improving and Sustaining: We transform raw data into valuable products, contributing to the sustainability of ecosystems and industries. Our logo, inspired by the hexagon, is a nod to this incredible natural engineering. It also represents a symbol used in data transfer on a microprocessor bus, where information inside the hexagon is "valid" and anything outside is "invalid." Designed by Tom, it’s simple, recognizable, and asserts that MTC has been a "valid" business from its conception, throughout its formative years, and continues to grow. As we approach our anniversary, we're contemplating a rebrand. We would love your thoughts on this! Should we refresh our look to celebrate our growth and future, or keep our iconic logo that has served us well? Share your thoughts in the comments below! #InternationalBeeDay #Engineering #Innovation #Sustainability #MTC #Rebranding #Hexagon
