Today we announced our fourth quarter and full-year results for 2023. For both the quarter and full year, the company delivered operating EBITDA growth and margin expansion, with significant cash flow generation for the year. These results were delivered despite sales declining versus 2022 and reflect the strength of our diversified portfolio and global footprint. The Seed business had a strong year, with sales and earnings growth, offsetting declines in Crop Protection. The Crop Protection business was impacted by current market dynamics, including significant inventory destocking and strategic product exits. Full-year 2023 results demonstrate our focus on delivering advanced technologies to farmers, while executing on strategy, including operational improvement. 2023 represented impressive performance by the entire Corteva organization and is a testament to the talent and dedication of our colleagues around the world.
