Breaking Boundaries: Reliance's Journey to Compete with Puma and Adidas" Reliance Retail is set to broaden distribution to 20,000+ outlets of its sports wear brand Performax by reaching out to retail shops, departmental stores etc. Currently it is available at 1500+ stores besides Ajio & Jiomart. They are also planning to grow 5 times by 2025 to give tougher competition to Adidas, Reebok and Puma. Opening standalone performax stores in top 200 cities. It already has 11 such stores --> Signed a multi year agreement with All India Football Federation (AIFF) as the official kit and merchandise sponsor. --> Significant presence in sports with ownership of IPL team and a stake in ISL, Indias football league --> Sports marketing arm RISE managing cricketers like Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Surya etc --> High spends on marketing by roping Bumrah as brand ambassador and partnering with athletes including Ravi Dahiya, Manu Bhaker USP: Mass appeal, Price point, large distribution network as Reliance is countries largest retailer Considering the above factors, its a game changing move by Reliance to bring on sports wear revolution in India. #india #reliance #retail #ambani #performax #sportsperformance #puma #adidas
