I trully want to believe this all is true and possible, but giving milkshakes and snack bars for type 2 diabetics does not sound as a healthy option. Reducing amount of food / meals overall per day in diabetics may sound better than shake and snack bars 🤓😁 but 🔥hey, at least they started to look to the right direction - changing your diet can put diabetes into remission 👏

An 800-calorie-a-day “#soup and #shake” #diet put almost 1 in 3 #type2diabetes cases in remission, finds new UK study.
