User journey maps reveal opportunities to improve user interactions. We came across Stéphanie Walter’s excellent primer on user journey maps – a way to visualize a user's experience with a product or service chronologically, highlighting key phases and actions needed to achieve their goals. We love the clarity! Explore her detailed exploration of user journey maps: https://lnkd.in/gW4vZDhK User journey maps make it easier to see how users interact with a service or product over time. They help find and fix what frustrates users and encourage teamwork to improve the user experience. These maps change and get better as we learn more from user feedback. Helio simplifies two steps in creating user journeys by providing easy access to a target audience for feedback and insights. → Detail every action and task a user undertakes within each phase of their journey, with specific details in each phase. → Focus on understanding users' emotions and pain points during these phases, identifying positive experiences and frustration areas to enhance the overall user experience. Using Helio with user journey maps lets you identify and address user issues by understanding their feelings and motivations, leading to actionable insights for improving their experience. Check out our Helio action map in the comments to see how you can collect fast, useful signals. #productdiscovery #uxresearch #productdesign #marketresearch

Youtube Description: "Meeting starts at 0:03:16." Me: Ah-ha! I've got it! Let's Skip to where the meeting begins. A brief YouTube description provided just what I needed. When I clicked on the video, I noticed something small yet important in the description: "Meeting starts at 0:03:16." As I watched, I realized how thoughtful it was. Instead of making me wait through the starting part, Sahil Lavingia uploaded the video made sure I could skip straight to the meeting part. It made me think about other times when little things made a big impact, like when YouTube divides videos into chapters so you can find what you want easily. But what really made this video special was the human touch. In a world where everything seems automated, it was nice to see small detail enhance the digital experience. It reminded me that behind all the technology, there are people who care about making things easier for others. Sometimes it's not the flashy stuff that matters but the little things that show you're thinking about the user. It could be a button that's easy to find or a clear path to what you need. These small details can make all the difference. Read about this topic here: https://lnkd.in/gM7sYYCR #UX #digital #UI #youtube #details #linkedin

It's a lot easier to learn how to use a new tool than it is to learn how to think critically. It's a lot more difficult to imagine and create new things if you're unable to collaborate or to create space for meaningful interaction. It's easier said than done to harness curiosity, empathy, and lateral thinking; to welcome differing opinions and perpetual uncertainty. It takes sustained practice, and a willingness to try new approaches and learn from them. We can help with that.
