Two of my clients have lost out this week…BIG time!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…
➡️ Good candidates do not wait around for poorly organised businesses.
➡️ Good candidates do not wait around for businesses to ‘see more people’ even though the feedback is that they are perfect for the role.
➡️ Good candidates do not wait around for prolonged, drawn-out interview processes.
➡️ Good candidates don’t accept lowball offers just so the company can save a quick buck.
👉 Here’s some advice: If you interview someone for a vacancy that you know is perfect for your business, do yourself a favour and tell them, hire them, secure them, and recognise their worth...or someone else will - faster than you can say “we have other people to see”.
Two clients of mine, this week alone, have failed to move fast enough and have subsequently realised they have missed out on the best person for their job...and it's back to square one.
🚀 Streamline your time to hire. Know what you’re looking for and have the ability to recognise this whether it’s the first or 5th person you meet. Secure the right person for your business before your competitors snap them up.
If you need some advice as to how to do this, I am always here to help 😊

3moGreat information but I literally can’t get one talent acquisition specialist listed on a LinkedIn job announcement to reply to a message or question about the position let alone discuss my skills and desire to work for the company.
