Last week, I had the honor of speaking at the Agile Türkiye Summit in Istanbul. The topic was near & dear to my heart - the need for organizations to improve how they prioritize work, manage capacity, and align strategic priorities to tactical work. Organizations are working hard to improve how they operate - more, faster, better. But without effective, ongoing prioritization - it's a lot like having a sport car stuck in a traffic jam. At the conference I shared that the 2024 Business Agility Report will soon be published - and the good news is that the capability "Prioritize. Prioritize. We are living in a discontinuity age. In order to keep any business model relevant we have to have an agile mindset. No matter at a point any organization is at top of its game but unless they get on with the idea of continuous change and adapt, it would be just time that would put permanent breaks on it. That is an unstoppable trend. So, it is best to get on with the speed of change as compared to resisting with speed of change. 

Adaptation is survival. Stay agile, pivot when necessary, and evolve with market demands.
