"They are poisoning the blood of our country." (Trump verbatim) - is not reasonable for anyone who knows modern history. It is direct from The Nazi's Big Lie. The Greatest Generation fought fascists. MAGA supports them, even if they don't know what that means. "I'll only be dictator for a day." - is not reasonable if you understand we fought to get out from under the thumb of a King.
