At Elevate, we are always looking for ways in which we can uplift, support and encourage our students. Earlier this year, in February, we launched our Advanced Leadership Cohort. This group of students that comprise this cohort was handpicked by their Teacher-Mentor because of their interest in growing deeper in Elevate and gaining leadership skills. Each meeting follows an agenda with items including fellowship, leadership-oriented topic discussion, community leader presentation, formal leadership lesson, and small group reflection. Special thanks to this group of leaders and volunteers who have made this a successful.
