Day 3 of the PANS, Uniben leadership institute was a success!!. I learnt about leadership in pharmacy practice and the importance of leveraging policy advocacy for improved health care outcomes. Some key points I picked from the session were: 1.Study successful leaders in your field to become successful. This way you see what worked for them and the mistakes to avoid. 2. As a leader you're supposed to be conscious of every of your actions because people are watching and no matter how good your vision is, people will judge you based on your other actions like the way you dress or speak outside of your leadership duties. As part of my professional and personal growth, I am committed to this journey and I will be learning skills that would be a boost to my development. #Leadership #CapacityBuilding #PANSUNIBENLeadershipInstitute
