Hi Connections I recently attended TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) workshop that shed light on Nestlé's focus on empowering connected workers, implementation and sustainence of TPM on our production lines across various businesses. The workshop highlighted how digitalization is poised to revolutionize the way we perform our everyday routines. The workshop offered valuable insights, including: * The fundamentals of TPM, its history, and its origins * Digital initiatives being implemented within the TPM framework * The significance of standardized routines and their potential to address complex problems * In-depth instruction and training on common and effective problem-solving tools like GSTD and BDA * How to integrate digital initiatives into daily operations Overall, the workshop provided a comprehensive understanding of how we are leveraging digitalization to empower workforce and optimize operations. I had the opportunity to connect with colleagues😃 from several Nestlé factories, including Moga, Nanjangud, Pantnagar, and Samalkha. Creating growth hack is not only limited to startups world and mobile applications. Each and every filed can experience scalability and enjoy this growth. Even in old and big companies like Vitana Group which has been one of the major players of the biscuit market since 1959, finding potent and untouched POSs, can leads towards more sales. In ABP (Associated Business Partner) channel, we found huge potential in lack of SKU awareness and coverage gap. 💡First and foremost, by having current 30 sub distributors across the country, we planned to increase the coverage depth thru range selling and reached 50% tonnage growth via available partners virsus the same period of the last year. 🔎Second, we designed our expansion GTM to increase the width by recruiting more Subs up country thru gap analysis. Post 2 months of operation beginning, we gained 30% hike in number of Subs. All these would not be happened without the help of my colleagues in Supply chain and production departments, who are feeding this pipe line and providing stocks for sales team. As far as company's data confidentiality and process privacy allows, I will share more details in terms of WHAT and HOW we are doing.
