Coordinate evaluations by external service providers. Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data. Ensure quality assurance of reporting data. Develop guidance materials and conduct training/workshops. Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. 5 years of M&E experience in an international NGO, consultancy, or private sector. Experience in agricultural and/or environmental sectors is an asset. Understanding of value chains, private sector development, and systems change. Experience with qualitative and quantitative KPIs. Data-management skills and experience with data visualization (PowerBI). Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
