Earlier in June, we were joined by over 60 enthusiastic peer support leaders from ITE-College Central for stress management session. 🧘🏻♂️✨ During this session, the leaders were equipped with tools to not only manage their own stress, but better understand how they can uplift their peers during challenging times. The interactive session saw the students discuss the common stressors faced by them and learn the best practices to support their peers with the help of valuable resources available within the school community and beyond. Thank you Devanantthan (Devan) Mental ACT for conducting such an insightful session with the students! 🫡
