UNRWA omg I am so sorry! That’s awful! But wait can I ask how many of them were used for housing terrorist? Or weapons? Bc at least my daughters schools don’t have any missiles stored there. Thinking about it, my school in #Iran didn’t have weapons either….. can you see if you can help them out with that? Ohhh ohhh how may had a data center used by Hamas? Ps you should really start offering them some kind of cloud option! On-prem #data centers are so 2010s! Can I suggest Amazon Web Services (AWS) maybe?

Displaced seniors from Nir Am Kibbutz -  even people made of iron need support!   Nir Am Kibbutz was attacked on October 7th. Thanks to the heroic actions of the kibbutz residents and the local defense group, the attack was repelled. Under the leadership of the kibbutz's head of security, the residents prepared for defense, set up ambushes, and organized their defense. Intense battles continued for several hours, during which the terrorists were pushed back. During the battle, two terrorists were killed, and several others were injured. The civilian casualties were minimized, although one worker was kidnapped and eventually killed – Samer Al-Talalka, a young worker who was preparing to get married and had built his home in the kibbutz. After October 7th, some residents of Nir Am Kibbutz were evacuated to a hotel in Tel Aviv, where they joined the local Baobab – as part of a long-term support program for displaced seniors (an initiative by the TEDY Fund in collaboration with Matav ( http://matav.org.il ). Sometimes, even a tree can strengthen iron! May they stay healthy, return home soon, and may the Baobab come to them! The number of children reported killed in Gaza in just three weeks has surpassed the annual number of children killed across the world's conflict zones since 2019, Save the Children said. Since October 7, more than 3,257 children have been reported killed, including at least 3,195 in Gaza, 33 in the West Bank, and 29 in Israel, according to the Ministries of Health in Gaza and Israel respectively. The number of children reported killed in just three weeks in Gaza is more than the number killed in armed conflict globally – across more than 20 countries – over the course of a whole year, for the last three years.

#For The 50 There are almost 50 million people – men, women and children – trapped in modern slavery around the world today. That’s 1 in every 150 people. A total of 1 in 3 victims of human trafficking globally is a child. There are an estimated 12 million children living in modern-day slavery around the world. That's 12 million children who are being controlled by another human being, who have had their freedom taken away. RAMALLAH, 29 October – The number of children reported killed in Gaza in just three weeks has surpassed the annual number of children killed across the world's conflict zones since 2019, Save the Children said. Since October 7, more than 3,257 children have been reported killed, including at least 3,195 in Gaza, 33 in the West Bank, and 29 in Israel, according to the Ministries of Health in Gaza and Israel respectively. The number of children reported killed in just three weeks in Gaza is more than the number killed in armed conflict globally – across more than 20 countries – over the course of a whole year, for the last three years. Children make up more than 40% of the 7,703 people killed in Gaza, and more than a third of all fatalities across the occupied Palestinian territory and Israel. With a further 1,000 children reported missing in Gaza assumed buried under the rubble, the death toll is likely much higher. On Friday, Israeli forces announced “expanded ground operations” in the Gaza Strip, with Save the Children warning it will bring more deaths, injuries and distress while calling for an immediate ceasefire. Save the Children Country Director in the occupied Palestinian territory Jason Lee, said: “Three weeks of violence have ripped children from families and torn through their lives at an unimaginable rate. The numbers are harrowing and with violence not only continuing but expanding in Gaza right now, many more children remain at grave risk. "One child’s death is one too many, but these are grave violations of epic proportions. A ceasefire is the only way to ensure their safety. The international community must put people before politics – every day spent debating is leaving children killed and injured. Children must be protected at all times, especially when they are seeking safety in schools and hospitals.” #ceasefire #CeaseFireNow #children
