3 things about #Innomotics that continue to surprise and impress me. ✨ Recognition – I’ve always thought that recognition of colleagues for the big or small successes is always important. It helps to remind everyone at the end of the day that we’re all working together to do our best at what we do and but recognizing the big moments and small touches that bring positive change and encourages positive behavior in your colleagues. 💪 Flexibility – We live in a time of constant and rapid change, and change is not always easy, but the teams here at Innomotics have changed, I've seen them all work towards common goals and through their culture develop skills in flexibility. 👩🎓 Growth – Further on from being flexible, constant change also means learning opportunities are all around.
