Did you know? Out of the many talented individuals who apply to join our team, less than 1% become a part of our family. Yep, 1%. This isn't because we enjoy saying no, but because we are ultra-selective. We believe in fostering a team that shares our values, dedication, and passion for excellence. It's not about making the easy choices; it's about making the right ones. 🌈 Why am I sharing this? Because it's a testament to the incredible level of talent, dedication, and hard work that each member of our team brings to the table. It's a reminder that in a world full of choices, choosing to not compromise on standards is a rare and valuable trait. To all our employees, this is a huge shoutout to you for being exceptional! And to those looking to join our team, we're excited by the prospect of what you can bring to our ever-growing family. Remember, it's not about being a number in a pool of applicants; it's about being that one in a thousand who truly stands out. Let's continue to aim high, support each other, and create an environment where excellence is not just expected but celebrated. #TeamExcellence #RecruitmentStandards #QualityOverQuantity #JoinOurTeam

Embedded Software Developer || Automotive Engineer 👷♂️ || Introvert living in an industry of Extroverts
Today, when I reached the office, a new joinee arrived. Immediately, seniors gathered around her, explaining corporate life and giving her tips. My colleague and I sat at a distance, observing the scene. Me: "Wow, look at that welcome party for the new joinee. I didn’t get that kind of attention when I joined." Colleague: "Same here! We've been here almost two weeks, and no one's been this enthusiastic to talk to us." Me: "I mean, we're still figuring things out too. A little guidance wouldn't hurt." Colleague: "Maybe we need to start wearing neon signs that say 'Newbie in Need of Attention.'" Me: "Or maybe just a sign that says 'We Exist!'" Colleague: "Seriously, why do men always get ignored in these situations? It's like we're invisible." Me: "Next time, I'm showing up with a dramatic entrance, maybe some fireworks. That should do the trick. 🤣" Colleague: "Good idea! And if that doesn’t work, we can always start our own 'Ignored Newbies' club." Both: "Why do men always get ignored? 🤣" PS :- Men will be Men :) #officerant

We've all seen it... 👀 New (cats😂) hires bursting with all that #energy, eager to prove themselves. And sometimes, you, as seasoned #staff, watch with a knowing smirk, thinking, "Just wait... e go soon shock you."😂😂 >But what if, instead of waiting for them to stumble, you offered a #helping hand? 🤝 >What if you focused on making them feel welcome, supported, and part of the #team from day one? It boosts their #morale! "New cats" who feel supported become productive team members sooner. A welcoming environment keeps the head up and active, leading to stronger relationships. When people feel valued, they're more likely to stick around, and #building connections early on leads to better teamwork in the long run because you might need them later on. Also, as a new #staff member, showing some respect for the #experience and knowledge of your colleagues goes a long way. Make sure to see them as people you can grow with.😊 Question for you: How have you handled new hires? Please #share your experiences in the comments! 👇 Ajayi Ebenezer, HRMP, AICHRM Adebayo Adeoba (ACIPM) HRPL Victoria Erhahi (FMPMI, ACPSP, ACIPM, CMC) 'Lara Yeku SeamlessHR #newhire #onboarding #companyculture #workplace #teamwork #newcat #workplaceculture #onboardingculture #beingfriendlyintheworkplace #respectexperience

Gratitude fuels growth. Every step in your career journey, every lesson learned, is a building block for future success. Respect for past experiences is foundational to innovation and collaboration. Cherish where you've been empowers where you're going.
It is important to respect our company Because they hired us for our skills, not based on our experience --- Agree? Disagree?

Pleased to announce I’ll be sharing my secrets at hired!bcn in June for how to create a culture that does talent attraction for you! Ten years ago I set out as a broke lad with no money, no network, no profile and no testimonials for what I wanted to do. But I had a burning desire to see a better working world and an unbreakable belief that a positive experience of work for people leads to better business performance anyway. It was not easy to get established, selling a service means selling an idea - and selling a new idea… Doing that without a background in sales either meant I had to rely on one thing to get to do what I wanted to: Authenticity 🫶 I say the things that I truly believe. Some people like me for it, some people hate me. But if nothing else, I hope they see me as someone who cares and is trying to make a positive difference in the world. And that’s all I rely on today too, but it’s led me to working with clients all around the world, in lots of different industries, getting to know their businesses, their people and what makes them tick. I’ll be sharing my views at hired!bcn based from that. Oh, and a sprinkling of insights from our new employee experience platform, mooqi, too - so I can give a voice to the people who matter most and ultimately determine the fate of our businesses - the employees 🙌 If you’re interested in creating the kind of culture where people: 👉Want to take jobs 👉Thrive in what they do 👉Want to stay Grab your ticket via the link in the comments, and here’s a special discount code: CRAIG10 If you’ll be there, do say hi! P.S. I’m also excited to hear and learn from the other speakers: Manjuri Sinha Paul Else Alla Pavlova 艾菈 Anaïs Neumann Serdzan Şimşek Arnautović Marta López @Zvjezdana T. DaveKlinkConsulting.com I’ve learned so much from the experienced people I’ve work with over the past 40 years. I picked up a saying from someone years ago that I like to use…”What have you learned on summer vacation” (meaning, what have your experiences taught you). Many people I’ve worked with have called these sayings “Klinkisms”. Last week, I announced the fact I’ve been doing consulting helping companies grow and be effective with their resources. Over the next few weeks, I will be posting the top 3 or 4 items companies should focus on ensuring success/dramatic improvement (I.e., what I’ve learned on summer vacation). Next week, I will be talking about the need for an organization to a) have a mission and vision and then (equally important) b). actually living them daily. So many companies give lip service to this part of business but don’t live it and aren’t committed to their own mission because at times it’s inconvenient. Stay tuned…
