Training and competing in Jiu-Jitsu or any grappling discipline will teach you to remain calm while under pressure. In Jiu-Jitsu you learn very early on that unnecessary energy expenditure, poor breathing, and panicking will not help you. It takes being in compromising positions to have the experience to remain calm and rely on technique to work your way out of that situation. As I dive back into training for competition I find myself relating a lot of the lessons I learn on the mats in my position as an account executive. Put your head down, do what you know yields results, stay calm when the tide is not in your favor and rely on your training to work your way through.

When Training For Improve Performance ,you should focus on Technic & Quality. Great Knowledge from @Lucaskruel how is the personal trainer for top athletes like Erling Haaland. All i can say is a privilege know you as a mentor.

A few of my key take aways from the PSV Eindhoven experience. 1. Languages - all the coaches spoke very good English and could understand a variety of other languages. While I can speak very basic broken Italian and Spanish, I need to really improve this and try and get proficient with a language 2. Knowledge - goes without saying to be working at a club like PSV - you need to know your stuff. My mind was blown away with the amount of expertise that was on display. As time goes on I will get much more experience and increase my own expertise 3. Constant development and learning opportunities - PSV is constantly challenging their coaches and staff and there are opportunities after each season to be at different age group. 4. They allow anyone to come and watch their training and encouraged to ask staff questions about the training. A real open policy which I found incredible Overall I cannot speak highly enough of the interest days at PSV. I loved it! I really want to try and do more coaching visits to different clubs around the world and really add different cultures to my coaching. #learning #selfdevelopment #coachingjourney
