Pacific Marine Expo, the West Coast's largest commercial marine trade show, is set to return to Seattle's Lumen Field Event Center from November 20th to 22nd. This year's event promises to be the most engaging yet for the maritime industry, featuring new WorkBoat West programming and an innovative partnership with @maritimeblue.
'PME has always been the largest commercial maritime trade show on the West Coast, but our exhibitors and attendees wanted to see more WorkBoat Show programming and a focus on new technologies,' said Bob Callahan from Diversified Communications, the show's producer. 'This year's Expo will deliver just that and make this a must-do event for the fishing and commercial marine industry.'
The free Expo Education Program will cover topics like marine safety, business management, regulatory issues, and technical advancements. Additionally, the new WorkBoat West programming will connect commercial fishermen with other commercial mariners through sessions and themes focused on shipyards, vessel owner-operators, and more.
In partnership with @maritimeblue, an economic accelerator for sustainable maritime practices, the Expo will feature a Maritime Blue Pavilion showcasing the latest technologies and services, a startup company stage, and programming on sustainable maritime fuels, workforce development, and green technologies. 'If you make your living on the water, you just can't afford to miss this year's Expo,' Callahan said.
