As always, there are some caveats to these findings. These results only speak to the devices utilised in these studies and caution should be taken when extrapolating results to other manufacturers. To avoid issues with inter-unit reliability the same device should be worn per player for training and testing, where possible. In the past few weeks, one of our clients needed to evaluate how reliable the plan is for executing the third quarter strategy (we've called it "pre-flight check"). We have based this evaluation on the following points: - Are we planning an X% at the strategic level that is not 100%? (Ideally, it should be 60% strategic and 40% unplanned). - Are we ensuring that no department is planning 100% of its capacity at the strategic level? - Are the deadlines for commercial contracts clear and mutually agreed upon? - Do the estimates consider the necessary technical architecture and define what is within and outside the scope of the initiative? - Are the internal and external dependencies of the initiatives identified and coordinated to avoid blockages? - Have we identified where the bottlenecks are and how they could be reduced? Once all these elements are evaluated, we will determine if the plan gets the green light for execution or if we need to refine it. What other elements should we evaluate to ensure the plan is reliable?
