At The Motz Group, like so many other companies, after the pandemic, people were slow to return to the office. CEO Zach Burns and his team knew that it was not in line with their Evergreen® values to force the issue, but they felt they could be better together. As they considered options, they made a bold decision – to move forward with plans to buy land and build a significant new space for their team. Their whole team.
