Notes on WFH and Juggling Kids Working from home with kids is always a challenge, especially when you're trying to entertain them while staying present in Zoom meetings with colleagues around the globe. Ensuring the kids are fed, rested, and entertained can make two weeks feel like an eternity. However, I am grateful that after years of not being present during holiday times and countless camps, I can now juggle it all. Yes, it's tricky, but I am thankful that my work allows me to work from anywhere and still get everything done. Whether I’m in Rome or at home, work remains the same. What technology has offered us is time and efficiency, and I will continue to grow my business successfully while being there for my kids when they need me. Of course, there are screams and tantrums along the way, but life is a series of obstacles—climb one and reach the bottom of another. Here’s to all Mums, whether they are balancing work and children or are committed to their home and family full-time. I don’t know which one is harder, but a Mum’s job never ends. As Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook, once said, "Trying to do it all and expecting that it all can be done exactly right is a recipe for disappointment. Perfection is the enemy." Her words remind us that striving for balance doesn't mean striving for perfection. Cheers to all the amazing Mums out there making it work, one day at a time! 💪🌟 #WFH #FemaleFounders #RoleModels

Definitely is a balancing act. However, my children know when i am working it is quiet activity time. When i am finished they are rewarded. Some children would not suit this arrangement or should be made to. Definitely cheers to all the amazing mums out there and to yourself 🙌🏽👏🏽⭐️
