📢 Exciting news! We are thrilled to share the EcSA Final Evaluation Report from Social Policy Research. This independent evaluation showcases the incredible commitment to uplifting communities and fighting poverty. 🌟 🔍 Highlights from the report include: ✅ Over 3,200 individuals enrolled in EcSA since July 2019, with an average program duration of 20 weeks. ✅ EcSA participants experienced significant earnings growth, with median quarterly earnings increasing by more than $2000. ✅ 13% of EcSA participants were unhoused, and their employment and earnings gains were impressive. ✅ Many participants cited the comprehensive services offered, including training, financial assistance, and employment support, as a major factor in their decision to join.   📚 Curious to learn more? Environmental: Aims to protect and conserve natural resources. Social: Evaluates equitable delivery of citizen well-being (safety, health, education).
