Trevor Sumner’s Post

Going through dozens of resume screens this morning (Raydiant is hiring!). The biggest improvement I can see is adding a short description about what each company you worked at does. What does the product do? Who are the customers? Big/small? Give me some context on the work and the team! Why assume I know every company you've worked at? Why make me have to click a link, take time to figure it out on a website that's not about you when the average recruiter screen lasts seconds? PS Looking for an exciting job with a great team at a growing tech company at the center of the digital transformation of physical spaces?
