Most hard to be a CEO of a startup. Without any prior experience. All the burden of profit on the single person soldiers

I agree, a huge portion of a company’s reputation rests on its CEOs shoulders, and that responsibility trickles down. In today's business, there is no separation. The people are the company. Which emphasizes how important company culture and continuous improvement are to success.

Agree 100%, reputation rests on CEOs shoulders, as they are the one who build strategies and designs the road map for the entire organization, clear mission will lead to success.

Absolutely agree that a company’s reputation rests on its CEO's shoulders! Great to see leaders like Dr. Noah Raford and Nagib Bahous addressing these crucial issues. Kudos to EMIR for a valuable event. Looking forward to the positive impact of these discussions!

I believe a company’s reputation rests on the shoulders of each and every member of the company from the CEO down. Every member of an organisation should take on the responsibility to build, maintain, and increase the reputation of the organisation they represent Trevor McFarlane

Katy & Trevor McFarlane...m going to be slightly controversial and partly disagree....The best CEOs I ever worked for ensured they had an amazing board/excom and as such the weight of the company (and its reputation) did rest on the collective vs one single person...my thoughts only :-)

Agree. This comes from a top down Pyramid effect as the vision and plans along with the culture of an organisation comes from the person who is at the top
