Let's be honest – office life isn't always sunshine and rainbows. Mean behaviour at work, like gossiping about others, blaming people unfairly, or leaving them out, can make everyone feel bad. Trying to control everything your coworkers do can also cause problems and make people upset. Being rude, making fun of others. Getting involved in things that aren't your business can also be a problem and make it hard for everyone to get their work done. The good news is we can turn things around! We all have the power to make our workplaces better. It starts with being aware of how we act and how our actions might affect others. We need to try and understand where others are coming from and talk about problems calmly. We should work together as a team and focus on what's best for everyone. And don't forget to celebrate when things go well – everyone likes to feel appreciated! Remember, a positive and supportive work environment isn't just a have, it's essential for productivity, innovation, and overall well-being. Definitely not!! @Workplace We move up the ladders by sheer hard work and dedication. 365 days a year, we build up our reputation at workplace We learn, we do mistakes, we relearn and make things better at workplace for us Each passing day, we put our foot strongly and firmly on ground and making us an important part of the team, function, and of course the organization. During this process, we communicate, interact with our leaders, our peers, our subordinates and other team members that gave us a 360-degree view of the entire organization. We need to have clarity and trust among us to make workplace a better place sidelining the negativities and only focusing on the positives. Ambiguity, Silos Culture, Closed cabin decisions, Authoritative styles sometimes do more harm to the team. Workplace matters a lot to us and contributes to our mental and physical health. This impact is visible in our behaviors at work and at home. Without partnering Hand in hand, we just do our jobs and not did not learn or understand the bigger landscape of the organization. Involvement, commitment do wonders for us when it comes to workplace Boundarylessness is what I learnt from one of my senior mentors and that helps me to work without a line or boundary with others.
