Nudging the Narrative: Episode 4: Behavioral Design, RTW as a Health Outcome, and the role of Motivational Quality Our guest, Amy Bucher, is a renowned behavioral scientist and Chief Behavioral Officer at Lirio, where she develops tools to improve health outcomes. She's the author of "Engaged: Designing for Behavior Change," and her extensive career includes roles at Mad*Pow, CVS Health, and Johnson & Johnson. Dr. Bucher holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan and an A.B. in Psychology from Harvard University. Beyond her professional pursuits, she's actively involved in community organizations and mentorship programs. I found this to be a captivating conversation delving into the roles of behavior, motivation, and the promotion of better health outcomes.
